SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

As a small business, we will do everything we can to ship our products out to you as quickly as possible, with care. Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because of the small batch, handmade nature of our products, returns are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and are still in the original packaging, within the first 14 days. Requests for returns will require product inspection, and upon approval, a refund will be issued.

If by chance your product was damaged in the process of shipping and delivery, we will work with the shipping carrier to try and reimburse you, or replace the product if available.
